About Capilano University

Founded in 1968, Capilano University is known as the 1st public university in British Columbia with American Accreditation. In 1973, a permanent campus opened in North Vancouver. Its mission is to provide high-quality education to its students and provide a variety of experiential programs such as Post-Degree and Bachelor Degrees so graduates have the tools and knowledge to succeed in the workplace. These programs prepare students with hands-on learning and theoretical practices needed in the career professional world.
